OfficeMax Retail Stores are now offering a “Billable” Retail Connect Card for all OSU Extension Offices.

 

What is a Billable Retail Connect Card?

This card entitles you to all University contract pricing now available through the Universities Prime Supplier Agreement with OfficeMax at all OfficeMax Retail stores.  In the past you were issued a Retail Connect Card but had to pay for the items at the time of purchase.  Now with this new Billable Retail Connect card you can use a University PO# and OfficeMax will invoice you accordingly.  Just present this card when checking out and tell the cashier it is a billable retail connect card and that you will need to have them list a PO# on the transaction.  After you the transaction is finished you will then receive a invoice in the mail for payment.  If you wish to receive one of these billable retail connect cards please contact your Sales Representative, Jana Kent at janakent@officemax.com   Remember too, you can also make purchases at the OfficeMax stores for all your printing needs, flyers, presentation materials, posters, etc.  These too can be billed on your billable retail connect card.
